James E. Pung joined Energes as COO in December 2014 before being promoted to CEO in April of 2015. Prior to joining Energes James has served in various field services and management roles over the past 15 years involved in retail, public utilities, and oilfield services business sectors. Paul Swanston

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Swanston’s responsibilities at EnerCorp are to oversee the financial and risk management of the company and provides overall leadership and direction to the finance and corporate services functions. Christina Meineke

Senior Vice President, Finance

Christina Meineke joined Energes as CFO in March 2017. Prior to joining Energes, Christina served as Controller for a global Oil & Gas services company, focused on several product segments including Flowack & Well Testing, Water Management and Completion Fluids. READ MORE

Eric Omenson

Senior Vice President, US Operations

Eric Omenson started his career in the upstream oil and gas industry in 2001, and has served primarily in sales, recruiting, and business development roles. Early in his career Eric joined a small engineering and consulting firm in Houston. READ MORE

Jesse Permann

Senior Vice President, Canadian Operations

Mr. Permann has oversight over all manufacturing projects in EnerCorp’s Grande Prairie and Calgary facilities. He is responsible for coordinating the various disciplines and teams, including estimating and quoting, ensuring that renderings and drawings are completed and approved, and liaising with the operations group during fabrication. Rory Nagge

Vice President, Research & Innovation

Mr. Nagge oversees EnerCorp’s manufacturing operations in Calgary and Grande Prairie and its service division in Grande Prairie. His primary responsibility is to help EnerCorp meet its brand promise, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and on budget by coordinating activities among a diverse group of people including shop managers and QC managers. The members of Dynacorp’s leadership team have diverse skills covering the complete cycle of development, design, manufacturing and servicing of field equipment solutions for the oil and natural gas sector. Each individual has spent all or nearly all of his career in the energy industry, typically gaining first-hand exposure at a ground-floor level before the age of 20. The team has been hand-picked and carefully assembled by Dynacorp’s co-founder and CEO, Justin Morin.
