Mr. Nagge seeks to create value for EnerCorp’s customers by aligning his team to fulfill the company’s brand promise. He works to ensure that each customer receives the correct end product, and contributes to improving EnerCorp’s internal planning process. Additionally, Mr. Nagge’s team leads the development of new products and application of new technologies to improve the level of Sand Management services available.

Having initially worked for the company from 2005 to 2007, Mr. Nagge rejoined Dynacorp as Vice President of Operations in the spring of 2012. Prior to this, he spent five years as a project manager for Syncrude Canada Ltd., managing facility maintenance and turn-around projects. In this role he gained invaluable insight into best practices in both project management and engineering. His first exposure to the energy sector came in 2005, when he joined Dynacorp as a Project Engineer and 3D Designer working on Mobile Well Testing Equipment.

Mr. Nagge spent many years working in his family’s commercial fishing business on the West Coast. In 2001 he began his engineering studies, first at SAIT Polytechnic and later at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, graduating in 2005. In 2015, he received his MBA from Athabasca University, specializing in Project Management.
